It can be interesting when you throw a musician into a film archive with a free hand.
And that's what happens here when guitar maestro and composer David Allison trawls the Scottish Film Archive selecting long lost footage about the islands off the west coast and up to Orkney & Shetland.
The film comes from the 1920's and 30s.
An interesting work that should be encouraged.
