Odd but most interesting. The famed piper and composer, Duncan Johnston makes a very rare CD appearance on 4 tracks playing the tunes on great highland bagpipe while his son, Neil, plays pipe tunes on cello. True lovers of pipe music will find the whole thing warm and welcoming, but some may find the cello playing pipe tunes a touch more than they can take. Too bad.
It's a very interesting CD.
