Mandolin & Percussion! Now there's a combination you don't get often on CD but Mr. Plumb pulls the whole thing off with more than a bit of aplomb and the percussion is equally superb.
The lads keep pretty much up-tempo with the mandolin going solo on an O'Carolan piece, a harp tune that sits equally well with mandolin.
Obviously not an instant 'buy' for everybody but don't ignore it and at least have a listen.

Lineup

Luke Plumb - Mandolin.
James Mackintosh - Percussion.
