FIRST HEARING:
A bit like Scotland's "Caledonian Concerto" this is serious stuff from Ireland until that is you listen to it and what you discover is a whole new view of traditional music.
Quality abounds throughout.
There is also a mention of 'Early Music', and much of it does come from the 16/17th Centuries but this is a very 21st Century recording.
Well worth searching out. Have a listen.
